Project Cargo
We’re experts in managing large cargo projects. Each project is different and requires a combination of strategic thinking and practical skills to deliver successfully. All our team members, from stevedores to mooring operators, work in a flexible and customer focussed manner with a proven track record with high-profile clients to ensure that the project is delivered on schedule every time.
The three licenced port stevedores SEPS and Suir Shipping and Port’s container division offer flexiblity and experience and are happy to work with agents and project planners.
There is a choice of cranes: harbour mobiles, gantry cranes for discharge and uplift. Marshalling, lay-down and on-quay storage options provide flexibility to clients.
Our rural location is a significant advantage. We have easy and direct access to the national road networks, with none of the congestion and traffic restrictions of other city ports.

Testimonial
Looking back on our attendance as Port Captains and Logistic Site Managers, on behalf of Vestas Wind Systems A/S, during the discharge and handling of wind power main components at the Port of Waterford / Belview Terminal in 2024, we would like to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent cooperation with the Terminal Management and employees as well as the external stevedoring company SEPS.
The professional and flexible way of handling all operations exceeded all our expectations and compensated for all the other challenges and difficulties that we faced on the Cushaling Windpark Project executed in 2024.
Further the established and lived safety culture of the entire staff deserves to be especially mentioned and is unparalleled in our long and worldwide working experience.
We can wholeheartedly recommend Belview Terminal of the Port of Waterford to any customer for any project cargo handling and storage.
