2024 – A Year of Record Growth and New Milestones
The Port of Waterford AGM was held last week at our offices in Belview, and it marked an exceptional year of trade and connectivity:
- 1.81 million tonnes of bulk cargo – a 19% increase on 2023
- Container volumes up 17%
- 15% more vessels handled
We also set a new record, importing 80.2m turbine blades – the longest ever transported in Ireland.
