Our two office buildings are located at Belview Port.
Each building has a range of different spaces with the potential to accommodate a wide variety of businesses.
We are actively working on options to suit current and prospective clients. We are also working on making the buildings more energy efficient.
- Marine Point is a landmark multi-occupancy 4 storey modern building complete with café and parking for 266 cars. We expect to provide meeting room facilities in the future. Currently, we have floor space availability ranging from 25m2 to 1981 m2. We are happy to meet and discuss your requirements.
- Terminal Building is multi-occupancy 2 storey building close to the port operational area, however the building is currently fully occupied.
