Code of Practice for the governance of State Bodies (2001)
In October 2001, the Government approved a new Code of Practice for the Governance of State Bodies, which replaced the 1992 State Body Guidelines. It is an extensive document which sets out requirements in relation to: -

The Board of the Port of Waterford formally adopted the Code of Practice at its 11th February 2002 Board Meeting. The Code is applicable to subsidiaries of the Company.
