Bodies (2001)
In October 2001, the Government approved
a new Code of Practice for the Governance of
State Bodies, which replaced the 1992 State
Body Guidelines. It is an extensive document

The Board of the Port of Waterford formally adopted the Code of Practice at its 11th February 2002 Board Meeting. The Code is applicable to subsidiaries of the Company.
